Here's a nice blend of essential oils to make a soothing bath when under the weather:
5 drops of Lavender (besides the fact that it helps us relax, it is antiseptic and antibiotic),
3 drops of Geranium (uplifting, and great for the circulatory system),
2 drops of Eucalyptus (to clear the respiratory system),
and 2 drops of Sandalwood (to have a beautiful skin)
all blended in 1 TBSP of grapeseed oil.
