Yet the hardest work lays at home, with the closest to us: Our spouse, children, parents and siblings. Let's check and ask ourselves, how are we with them? Do we treat them the best we can? Or do we have a tendency to hold grudges? To blame them for something that is not right in our lives?
They know our weaknesses, and we know theirs. It is easy to fall into patterns and habits that become so engrained that it is hard to notice them anymore, let alone change them.
So the big question is: What can WE do to change ourselves and improve our relationships with our loved ones?
